From collection of vintage handmade dresses with incredible detailing, here is a preschool / toddler girls POLKA DOT dress with back buttons in ECRU WHITE with RED and BLUE, with stretchy chest/waist.  Apparently cotton - no tag, as these are all homemade. Appears to be about a size 2-3 - measures approx 3.5" arms, 8.5" shoulder, 16-22" waist, 16.5" long, 14-19" chest. One loop needs a stitch - easy fix. Beautiful, classic look for little girl!
